Group Therapy
Clients learn to express themselves and engage with others who have been where they are and can relate to the same life struggles. Through this like-mindedness, friendships and trust grow, providing a safe space to deal with emotions. In addition, the interaction empowers participants by encouraging them to offer assistance, provide feedback, or challenge other group members in a loving yet accountable environment.
Recovery Engagement
Many of us believe the false narrative that we can’t have fun sober. In this group, we challenge that narrative and share ways to connect to support and have fun! Recovery Engagement is an interactive group focused on helping clients connect to wellness outside of standard treatment. This group is lead by a Peer Coach, we honor all pathways to recovery and share resources to enhance social connections and support a fun and healthy life.
Life Skills
Life skills are a general outpatient group that can be attended via zoom or in person. This group focuses on time management, financial management, setting schedules, and realistic goal setting. Life Skills provides a safe place for clients to practice these skills, where they can receive input and ideas from other members and provide supportive feedback in turn.
Relapse Prevention
The Relapse Prevention group is can be attended via zoom or in person. The group is a reformulated cognitive-behavioral model of relapse and helps the development of mindfulness-based relapse prevention strategies. Rather than being viewed as a state or ending point of failure, relapse is considered a process that begins prior to and extends beyond the return to the target behavior. We explore 3 areas: reducing relapse and its severity; enhancing the durability of treatment gains; and matching prevention strategies to each client’s characteristics and lifestyles.
David versus Goliath
David and Goliath is a men’s group focused on anxiety, stress, and trauma. Using “bottom-up” therapy, DBT, EMDR, Tai Chi, and Drumming, we create a safe place to assist men in understanding and using their emotional brain to address distress, anxiety, and relationships to create and manage a more effective life.
Women Healing Women

We’ll focus on the unique experiences that women face. This includes societal pressures and expectations, social stigma, gender roles, and expectations for body image. It’s a safe and non-judgmental environment in which we discuss and heal issues related to trauma, relationships, body image, mental illness, and self-esteem.
